Very suitable for sale, the ingredients used are simple but the taste remains fantastic not inferior to the moci which is made from sticky ingredients - soft texture, the nutritional value is also guaranteed, even from the basic ingredients of cassava. 👌😀
Ingredients for Making Cassava Moci
250 gr of peeled cassava
100 gr tapioca flour
3 tablespoons gulahalus / according to taste
135 ml UHT milk (125 milk UHT Kcl box + water) / customized
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid / powdered vanilla
Field:
Enough peanut butter
Enough chocolate jam
Topping:
To taste roasted tapioca flour
To taste sesame
Steps to Make Cassava Moci Cake
Cassava that has been peeled, cut into pieces, steamed until cooked. Puree / ulek (I use a plastic wrap) while it is hot until smooth, not milling.Add refined sugar, salt & vanilla, mix well (check the flavor), add tapioca flour, mix evenly, add milk little by little, not sticky dough & be able to dpulung. (The addition of milk is adjusted because the cassava characters are different, some dare to water and some don't)
Divide the dough into the same parts according to taste, fill with peanut butter & chocolate. Displays a baking sheet that has thin butter. For those that are sprinkled with sesame before steaming, roll over the sesame dhl.
Preheat steaming (until boiling), steam the saucepan until cooked. Clean the lid on the clean dishcloth napkin. After ripe lift, wait a bit cold roll the original moci in tapioca roasted flour, put on paper cup kcl, do until HBs.
