Ingredients
- 4 bh of fresh pomfret fish
- 1 lime juice
- 1 for lemongrass, geprek
- 2 lbr bay leaf
- 3 lbr orange leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 instant coconut milk
- 200 ml of water
Ground spices :
- 10 pcs of shallots
- 4 pcs of garlic
- 5 pieces of red chili
- 3 pcs of cayenne pepper
- 3 pcs pecan, roasted
- 2 cm thick, burn
- 1 cm of ginger
- 1 segment of Laos
Step
- Clean pomfret. Crusts and moss with lime and a little salt.
- Blend chili, red onion, garlic, pecan, turmeric, ginger, laos.
- Saute the spices until fragrant. Add the coconut milk and cooking water until it is greasy. Add the fish, let the spices soak and the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and leave the fish for 1 hour.
- Burn fish while smearing the rest of the seasoning until the ingredients dry / fish crisp / according to taste.
