Butter Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe - Orielntal Foods
Cooking ingredients of butter soy sauce chicken
- 1/2 Kg Chicken
- 1 Wrap Racik Ayam Goreng
- 5 Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Fruit Onion (sliced)
- 5 Sdm Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 Sdm British Soy Sauce
- 1 Sdm Oyster Sauce (I'm Saori)
- 1 Sdm Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Tomato
- Sufficient Salt, Sugar and Pepper Powder
- Sufficient Butter
- 2 Glass of Water
Steps to cooking butter soy sauce chicken
- Wash the chicken thoroughly. Charges with chicken spices. Then fry until cooked. Drain.
- Heat butter, saute garlic & onions until fragrant. Add sweet soy sauce, English soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt sugar and pepper powder. Stir well.
- Add the chicken pieces. Stir until wrapped in herbs. Taste test. Then add water. Stir for a while.
- Leave it for ± 7 minutes so that the spices soak into the chicken meat while stirring occasionally.
- Wait until the water has shrunk and the spices are slightly thick. Turn off the fire. Butter Soy Sauce is ready to be enjoyed
