Recipe: Special Grilled Squid and How to Cook it - Oriental Foods
This afternoon trying to cook grilled seafood, especially if it's not grilled squid, because I burn the original use of charcoal into smoke until it is full of one kitchen room, but even though it smells good it arouses appetite. oh yeah if you want to be more delicious add soy sauce to make it more stable.Special Grilled Squid Ingredient
- 4 large size squid
- 2 orange leaves
- 1 lemongrass geprek
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of grouse chili sauce
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 4 tamarind eyes / 1 lime
- Seasoning puree:
- 6 red onion cloves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 roasted candlenut grains
- 1 cm of roasted turmeric
- 1 cm of ginger
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 4 red chillies / if you like it spicy

Special Squid Grilled Cooking Steps
Clean the squid to throw the contents inside, Wash the squid, give the tamarind / lemon juice leave a few moments then wash againScratch the upper body of the squid and drain it
Saute the spices until smooth, give orange leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass, stir-fry until the spices are cooked, give water, salt, sugar, powder broth, sauce, soy sauce, flavor correction.
Turn off the stove, add margarine, mix well.
Mix Squid with cooked herbs, then store in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Burn the squid while sprinkling the spices on both sides until the squid is cooked.
