  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pandan paste
  • Sufficient margarine for spread
  • Sufficient mesis and cheese
  • Sweetened condensed milk

Steps to make Martabak Mini


  • Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, vanilla and baking powder add a little water, stir using a whisk or mixer.
  • Add the eggs and melted margarine to beat until smooth and not grind. Add pandan paste and mix well.
  • Leave the mixture for about 15-20 minutes
  • Heat the baking pan with medium heat ... put the baking soda into the mixture thoroughly
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish that is hot enough. When it comes to tapping the heat, add the mixture to the baking dish if the cess sounds, meaning the pan is ready for use and pour the mixture.
  • Wait until the mixture is bubbly and broken and then cover the baking pan to reduce heat.
