The ingredients make Martabak mini sweet


    Recipe: Sweet Martabak mini - Oriental Foods
  • 15 pcs mini size
  • 225 gr triangular flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (BP)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of milk powder (originally not used)
  • 60 gr fine granulated sugar (originally 50gr)
  • 260 ml of clean water (originally 250ml)
  • 1/2 tsp fermipan
  • 1 egg (may use 2 egg yolks)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda (SK)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter / oil
  • Topping:
  • Chocolate jam
  • Chopped peanuts (peanut / cashew)
  • Meses
  • Strawberry jam
  • Grated cheese
  • Pineapple jam
  • Etc. (according to taste)

Steps to make Martabak mini sweet


  • Mix flour, milk powder, BP, salt and 30 grams of sugar (half of it) stirring then pour a little water while stirring then with whisk / mixer as well as gpp until flattened and not grinding ± 10 minutes
  • Enter fermipan, mix well after leaving it 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes the mixture will be bubbly (pits) then add the egg, SK, the rest of the sugar and melted butter / oil mix well
  • Heat the mold, spread it with thin oil (if using Teflon-made molds don't need to be rubbed or sticky)
  • Pour the mixture into a hot mold 1 spoonful of vegetables, after all the molds have been filled, tilt the mold so that the sides are crisp ... leave it until it forms a small hole, then sow a little sugar and cover it until the bottom is dry, the top is cooked using small fire
  • Lift it then rub it with butter (I can use it) I use royal palmia with butter-like flavor
