    Recipe: Teflon Cheese Cake Without a Food Developer - Oriental Foods
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 lbr of cheddar cheese
  • 1 pack of milk powder
  • a little salt
  • 150 g of butter (melt and wait until cool)

Steps to make Teflon Cheese Cake Without Developers


  • Beat the sugar and eggs until they are not foamy, fluffy, and slightly stiff
  • Add powdered milk, salt, vanilla and cheese
  • Add flour little by little while still shaking
  • Turn off the whisk mixer. Pour the melted butter. Stir it evenly with regular whisk.
  • Pour the mixture into the rice cooker
  • Place the rice cooker pan containing the mixture on Teflon
  • Cover the rice cooker pan, light it over low heat
  • Wait 30 to 45 minutes. The dough expands and is ready to eat
