Recipe: Chicken Teriyaki - Oriental Foods
Super simple cuisine, tastes better than teriyaki at Japanese Resto fast food and certainly healthier and a lot of portionsIngredients Recipes: Chicken Teriyaki
- 1/2 Kg Chicken breast fillet, diced
- 1/2 Lemon (Optional)
- 3 Sdm Olive Oil (or other oil to saute)
- 2 Sdm Flour Maizena (Mix with enough water)
- Material for Marinate:
- Sweet Soy Sauce (Sufficient)
- 2 tablespoons of white pepper
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- Salt to taste)
- 5 Sdm Tomato Sauce
- Sambal Sauce (To taste)
- Oyster sauce sauce
- 1 Sdm Olive oil

Seasoning:
- 5 Cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
- 3 Red onion cloves (thinly sliced)
- 2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 4 pieces of red chili (thinly sliced)
Cooking Steps Recipe: Chicken Teriyaki
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, drain and then give lemon juice, let stand for 3 minutes, wash the chicken again with water (to remove the fishy smell)
- Put the spices to marinate the chicken, mix and stir until evenly distributed, let stand for 15-30 minutes (longer will be better)
- Saute onions, white and red until wilted and add peppers and chili until fragrant
- Enter the chicken that has been marinated, mix cornstarch mixed with water
- Cook until all blends, add salt and pepper to taste (if I add oyster sauce, tomato sauce and chilli again to make it thicker)
- Stir all the spices evenly, until the chicken is cooked (but don't let it dry to keep it juicy) and the Chicken Teriyaki is ready to be served
