The sweet white oyster mushroom recipe - Oriental Foods
Cooking is one of our family's hobbies, even like this activity almost every day after ngantor likes to cook with his wife and beloved children. In addition to saving cooking itself, it is much healthier and hygienic because we can choose and sort what ingredients and foods are good to serve. And this afternoon my wife and I will cook sauteed white oyster mushrooms which must be very tasty hmmmm ... Yummy.Cooking Materials for White Oyster Mushroom Cooking
- 2 ounces of oyster mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 3 pentol
- 1 mustard bud
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 thin red onion cloves
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (I use SAORI)
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce / chili sauce (optional)
- 1 carrot
- 1 hump of sweet corn
- a little sugar
- enough salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- little masako flavoring (optional)
- enough oil to saute
Cooking steps for sauteed white oyster mushrooms
- Soak mushrooms in water. And give salt 1/2 tsp. (Nb: the fungus must be processed properly, if it isn't, it will be a-cun .. hehe)
- Beat the eggs and make scrambled eggs. Then set aside.
- Saute garlic and red onion until fragrant. Pouring water. As per the mother's mother. Add carrots and sweet corn. Sugar salt and pepper and flavoring
- Wait until the carrots and sweet corn begin to ripen. Add mushrooms, sauces and chili sauce / tomato sauce, and scrambled eggs.
