Necessary materials:

  • 10 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried shrimp, puree
  • cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 pack of powder broth
  • enough water
  • Skewers to taste

How to cook:

  1. Mix 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour and 3 tablespoons of flour with water. Add garlic, shrimp, and green onion. Add enough water until the dough is slightly liquid like a dough.
