Patterned Coconut Milk Steamed Ingredient

For 6 servings
Material A:

  • 6 eggs antero eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 tsp cake emulsifier

Material B:

  • 200 grams of medium protein flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder

Material C:

  • 130 ml of cooked thick coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Ambon banana essence / flavor
  • Additional ingredients:
  • Cake coloring (according to taste, I use red chili)

Steps to Make Patterned Coconut Milk (Santan) Steamed Cake

Creation Time 60 minutes

  • Prepare and weigh ingredients according to the recipe. Prepare a 24x24x6 square baking pan, align with baking paper. Heat the cormorant over medium heat, wrap the lid in a clean napkin.
