  1. 250 g White Glutinous Flour
  2. 50 g of White Rice Flour
  3. 5-6 Pandan / suji leaf sheets
  4. 5 tbsp sugar
  5. A pinch of salt
  6. Sufficient Water
  7. Grated coconut
  8. Brown sugar

Steps to cook Klepon Traditional Javanese Food


  1. First, mix it into one rice flour and sticky rice flour with sugar and salt.
  2. Blend until gently pandan leaves and squeeze to get natural dyes.
  3. Stir in the flour and give little pandan water, knead until smooth.
  4. If the mixture can be shaped like this and not torn means it's already dull.
  5. Give brown sugar on it
  6. Bentul becomes round like this. Repeat until the batter runs out.
  7. Prepare a pot that has been boiled, and boil klepon up to the top. The result is like this.
  8. Boil grated coconut on a pan for 15 minutes.
  9. Klepon roll over the coconut. Finished.
