Recipe: Bingka Pandan Cake (Malay) - Oriental Foods

Recently, I really like traditional cakes ... as if to remind me of a childhood when my mother used to make traditional cakes (so that her children don't eat outside and save)

And on this occasion I tried to make a 'Pandan Bingka Cake' typical of Malays ... so Yummy especially when I use the original Suji pandan sludge, the fragrance is getting more fragrant

Ingredients of Pandan Bingka Cake

For 23 pieces

  • 2 cups of triangular starfruit
  • 1 cup of sugar starfruit (if you don't like it sweet, it can be reduced according to taste)
  • 2 glasses of thick coconut milk starfruit
  • 1 glass of star fruit suji pandan juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (me: palmia royal)
  • pinch of salt
  • topping:
  • to taste sesame seeds
  • Note: if you use pandan paste, the coconut milk dose must still be 3 cups of starfruit, moms
