Recipe: Bingka Pandan Cake (Malay) - Oriental Foods
Recently, I really like traditional cakes ... as if to remind me of a childhood when my mother used to make traditional cakes (so that her children don't eat outside and save)And on this occasion I tried to make a 'Pandan Bingka Cake' typical of Malays ... so Yummy especially when I use the original Suji pandan sludge, the fragrance is getting more fragrant
Ingredients of Pandan Bingka Cake
For 23 pieces- 2 cups of triangular starfruit
- 1 cup of sugar starfruit (if you don't like it sweet, it can be reduced according to taste)
- 2 glasses of thick coconut milk starfruit
- 1 glass of star fruit suji pandan juice
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons margarine (me: palmia royal)
- pinch of salt
- topping:
- to taste sesame seeds
- Note: if you use pandan paste, the coconut milk dose must still be 3 cups of starfruit, moms

Steps to make Pandan Bingka Cake
