You Need Mother Know if this milk pudding is a mainstay menu. the texture is soft, the sweet savory milk is right, it tastes fresh. yesterday intentionally made this pudding specifically for sports teams who visited home today. Photos that I took were simple because I didn't have time to take beautiful photos because of cooking other menus.Fruit Pudding Topping Ingredient
- 1 packet of white gelatin
- 1 can of sweet white condensed milk Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans of used UHT milk Sweetened Milk
- 3 cans of used sweetened condensed milk Mature water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional, if it feels less sweet)
- A pinch of salt
- The taste of Buavita Mango (may taste different)
- You can also use cimory-rich yogurt
- 1 medium sweet fragrant mango, cut into cubes
- 1 kiwi fruit, cut into pieces
- 4-5 large strawberries, cut into pieces
- You can also use nata de coco / selasih and other fruits

Steps to Make a Fruit Pudding with Milk Pudding
- In a mixed pan flat Sweetened Condensed Milk, UHT Milk, boiled water, gelatin and sugar. Then cook over medium heat while stirring constantly using whisk until boiling (keep the milk from breaking). Turn off the stove.
- Pour in a heat-resistant dish or pudding pan (I use an aluminum foil pan). Let the hot steam disappear. Then enter in the refrigerator. Cool until the set is correct.
- After the pudding is set, pour enough of the buavita / yogurt on top, then sprinkle the cold fruit pieces on top. Can also be given basil or nata de coco. Serve cold more deliciously.
- Make it again for social gathering this time plus nata de coco and basil
- It is made into 50 cups small
