Recipe: Chewy Brownies - Oriental Foods
I really like processed chocolate, and one of my favorite brownies. I use the cece @ erlina.lim_ recipe on Instagram, thank you, ce. Permission to repost yes ce.
tips for getting out the shiny crust:
- * use more chocolate bars / dark cooking chocolate than flour
- * Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved, use refined sugar. if it's not available, it can blender the sugar first
- * Let stand for a while before the oven
- * Don't forget to always heat the oven 15 minutes before the dough is baked.
I just use the bottom fire, and I bake it for 30 minutes, for a long time, bake the oven to fit each one.

Ingredients make Chewy Brownies
150 gr dark chocolate50 grams of butter
40 ml of cooking oil
2 eggs
150 grams of refined sugar (caster sugar)
100 grams of wheat flour (I use multipurpose flour)
35 grams of powdered chocolate
Topping to taste (I use chocolate chip)
Steps to make Chewy Brownies
- Melt dark cocholate, butter, vegetable oil on the team (I enter the microwave for 1 minute)
- Beat eggs and refined sugar using whisk until the sugar dissolves (the sugar must be completely dissolved so that the shiny crust appears)
- Add melted chocolate
- Stir well
- Put the flour and powdered chocolate stir again until smooth,
- The dough is very thick and heavy
- Pour the mixture into a size 20 mold that is pasted with baking paper / baking paper (more than the base is about 2 cm from the height of the baking pan so that the brownies are easily removed after being cooked because this type of cake should not be reversed after cooking, if it is turned over the shiny crust damaged: :(
- Give toppings to taste, (I give chocolate chip toppings
- Bake at 150 for 30 minutes or adjust with each oven. This results in shiny skin
- Cut into pieces after cold brownies
