This croquette is said to have more hits in Korea, the contents can be adjusted according to taste, it's easy to make and tastes good :)
I use the recipe, mba Irene, but I match the ingredients at home

Ingredients

    Recipes and How to Make Kerokke Cheese (Cheese Croquette)
  • 500 gr potatoes (peeled & steamed)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch)
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Adequate powder broth (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 carrots (cut into small pieces & boil)
  • As much as sledri leaves (thin slices)
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Material for Baluran / Coating:
  • 1 bowl of bread flour
  • 4 tbsp trigu flour
  • Enough water


Stuffing:
1/2 pack of quick melt kraft cheese

Step to make  Kerokke Cheese

  1. Blend the steamed potatoes. Wait until it's cool enough.
  2. Add cornstarch, salt, powdered broth, pepper and sugar. Knead until evenly mixed.
  3. Add the thinly sliced ​​sledri and boiled (cooked) carrots. Stir until well blended.
  4. Take 1 small handful of dough and fill with cheese.
  5. In other containers, make crocheted balettes. Mix the trigu flour and water until it thickens (not too liquid). Prepare bread flour too.
  6. The dough that has been formed, bury / basting with trigu flour, then add it to bread flour. Re-shape and press the mixture slightly so the bread flour sticks well.


Fry the crisps with low heat to brown and lift. Serve croquettes with sauce and mayo. good luck
