Before making green bean porridge, here are tips that can be followed to make the green bean porridge tastier:

  1. Choose green beans that are suitable for cooking by looking at their clean green color. In addition, green beans are not easily broken. Usually quality green beans are also odorless.
  2. Don't forget to soak the green beans. The longer the green beans are soaked, the rotten beans will float to the surface of the water, making them easy to separate.
  3. During the cooking process of green bean puree, avoid using a fire that is too low or too big. Use only medium heat and make sure the heat of the stove is stable or not changing. If you alternate, it will change the texture of the green bean pulp.
