Simple Blackpepper Steak Sauce
Do you like steak style restaurant? But you don't understand how to make it? Ayok while a lot of qurban meat, use it to make a simple steak.Ingredients

- Steak Marination:
- 200 gr of meat has deep
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt to taste

Sauce ingredients:
- to taste Nutmeg powder
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- black pepper to taste
- to taste Nutmeg powder
- to taste Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil for sauteing
- 250 cc beef broth (can be replaced with water + cow masako)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolve with 2 tablespoons water
Complement:
- Baby carrot
- Bean
- Potatoes, etc. etc.
Step
- 30 minutes
- Cut the meat according to taste. Thin width is better for quick cooking and seasoning.
- Marinate with alternating powder seasoning, leave it for 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
- Cut lengthwise complementary vegetable ingredients and boil until cooked / to taste. Drain and flush with cold water. Place it on a serving plate.
- Heat the Teflon, add a little oil (or butter), roast the meat to the desired level of maturity. Remove and place on a serving plate.
- In the same pan, add a little oil. Saute the garlic and bombay until fragrant.
- Pour the broth add salt, sugar, pepper, black pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil then taste test.
- Add cornstarch solution while stirring evenly until bubbly. Remove and pour over the steak. Serve.
