Ingredients
Dough:

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • To taste, sugar, oregano salt, papripa, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese


Steps to make a delicious pizza

Make the topping: Heat margarine, saute garlic, onion until fragrant, add sausage, cook until it changes color. add tomato sauce and tomato paste, salt sugar, oregano, paprika. Cook until the peppers wilt, taste, lift. Set aside.

Make a prickly ingredient: put the yeast and sugar in a container and then pour warm water, allow it to bubble2.

Mix flour, salt and oil, pour the ingredients. Mix well, knead for 3-5 minutes, round

Round it, put it in a container (before the oil-coated container) then cover with a cloth let it expand 2x fold. Flatten the dough

Then divide it into two, place it on a round pizza pan and spread it using the tip of your thumb (two pieces of diameter 20 cm)
skewer with a fork, rub with vegetable oil.
 
Spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, top with ground meat, add more cheese. Give mayonnaise.
 
Bake at 200 ℃ for 25 minutes (I use the top fire down) Remove serve.
