Recipe: Butter Sauce Shrimp - Oriental Foods
This butter sauce shrimp is one of the favorite menus of the husband :) from a small mmg he is a big fan of shrimp, especially the fried ones. If I myself even prefer plain boiled shrimp like that.This recipe is super easy, anyone can make it easy ... the ingredients are easy to be at home.
Oh yes, this recipe is my family's recipe ... it all goes back to taste ... what makes the mash is to add tomato sauce ... which tastes sweet, so much soy sauce ... it's flexible because of this recipe :)
Don't forget to choose fresh shrimp ... if I am in the regular market I choose myself, so if I take it to the seller, sometimes it is mixed ... Fishy hands, why not just wash it from fishy dishes.
Butter Sauce Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 12 pc of giant prawns (choose fresh)
- Margarine for sauteing
- Cut onion leaves
- Sauce mixed into 1:
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp English soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- according to taste pepper, sugar and salt
- 3 tablespoons of water
- Saute Seasoning:
- 1 Small onion
- 1 Garlic geprek

Cooking Steps for Butter Sauce
20 minutes- Prepare ingredients :)
- Clean the shrimp, cut off the head, cut the back of the lime. Lime mushrooms;)
- Just fry it for a while until it changes color
- Heat Margarine, saute onions until fragrant ..
