Recipe: Civet coffee cake without eggs- Oriental Foods
It's fun to make snacks for the family to create new creations and while I took the initiative to make feathered civet coffee without eggs, but the original is really delicious cake.
Ingredients Luwak coffee cake
- 1 white coffe mongoose
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp SKM Frisian flag gold
- 12 versatile flour HR, sifter
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 100 ml of hot water
- Meses u / sprinkles

Steps to make civet coffee cake
- Mix in a glass of hot water, coffee, sugar & Milk stir until dissolved & let stand until cool.
- Put the flour little by little, stir gently until well blended. Add the baking soda. Stir back. Add mixed oil until smooth. Put it in a baking dish that has been smeared with margarine & sprinkled with thin flour. Beat. The oven is 30 minutes slm temperature of 180 degrees.
