There were several requests to share Ogura Cheese, finally yesterday it was possible to make it ... make it 2x ... for the first time there was a small accident when the cake was turned down it fell to the floor because it was hurrying.

The result, the pores can not be as smooth as other ogura maybe because there is a chill ... the first + second form is the same as the pores but there are holes and again a little more dense than the other ogura ... but still delicious, soft, with cheese flavor that is very mild .. indeed this Ogura cake is a mild taste + texture: D.

Ogura Cake Cheese Cottony Cake ingredients

5 servings

     Recipe: Ogura Cake Cheese Cottony Cake - Orieltal Foods
  • 65 gr Key Flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 60 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 2 pieces of Kraft Cheddar, chopped
  • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese powder (if you want to get more, but bole skip)
  • 60 cc Liquid Milk
  • MATERIAL Egg white:
  • 5 grains of White Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Tar2 Cream or 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 80 gr Sugar

Steps to make Ogura Cake Cheese Cottony Cake

60 minutes

  • Mixer cheese sheet + egg + liquid milk + oil + 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence until smooth cheese about 1 minute ago I think :)
  • - Enter into flour, mix with whisk until smooth, set aside.
  • Mixer Egg white + cream of tar2 until it starts foaming, put 3x sugar gradually until it expands softpeak.
  • - Put the egg white into the No. 1 paste using Spatula with a folding stirring technique
  • Pour into a 20cm box baking pan which is already covered with baking paper.
  • Bake in a temperature of 160-170 degrees around 50 minutes / adjust the temperature of each oven until it turns off
  • With the AU BAIN MARIE technique (the main baking pan is coated with another larger dish + 1cm of water)
  • Once cooked, return to the wire rack + peel the bread paper slowly so as not to chop into pieces, enjoy :)
  • if the cake is deposited a day, the more delicious this ogura is ... the more it will be more integrated ...
  • Children really like it, going home from school immediately abyss some slice, the cheese is lightly fragrant.
