Manggo Cheese cake Cup ingredients


  1. 250 g creamcheese
  2. 50 gr white chocolate
  3. 80 gr whipcream powder
  4. 160 ml of ice water
  5. 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  6. 1 teaspoon of powdered gelatin
  7. 2 tsp cold water

Ganache:

  1. 2 mh mango (± 500 gr)
  2. 1 teaspoon of powdered gelatin
  3. 2 tsp cold water

Basecake:

  1. 2 packs of Oreo (free to use cake / biscuits)
  2. 10 Cups 150 ml
  3. bag Pipping

Steps to make Manggo Cheese cake Cup

  1. Crush the Oreo with the cream. It doesn't need to be destroyed. Arrange at the bottom of the cup.
  2. Dissolve gelatin with water. Leave until it expands. (I use a heat-resistant container). Heat gelatin by using a microwave. I in the way turned the containers over the fire, until the gelatin dissolved.
  3. Melt white chocolate by the team. After dissolving add gelatin. Stir until well blended.
  4. Mixer creamcheese + SKM until evenly mixed. In another container powder + ice water whipcream mixer until stiff. Add the whipcream to the creamcheese mixture then mix it again until it is well mixed, then add chocolate. Mixer again for a while so that it is evenly mixed.
  5. Insert the mixture into the pipping bag. Spray the mixture one by one into the cup. Do it until it's finished. Enter the chiller to set it.
  6. Make ganache: dissolve gelatin and water, heat after expanding. (Do the same thing as before).
  7. Peel the mango and leave a little for decoration. Blend the rest (without giving water) to puree. Place it in a container then add gelatin solution. Stir until well blended.
  8. After a while, remove the cheesecake from the chiller. Add the mango puree on top according to taste. Then give the mango slices to be interesting. Save again in the chiller for at least 4 hours.
