  • 1/4 kg of small salted squid
  • 1 pete board
  • 1 ounce of red cayenne
  • 10 bh red curly chili
  • 15 onion cloves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 bh medium size red tomato

Steps to Cook Sambal Squid Petai

Cooking Time 40 minutes

  1. Rinse the salted squid, then boil with boiling water for 5 minutes, drain
  2. Peel the banana into 2, don't forget to wash it clean
  3. Prepare cayenne pepper, curly chili, tomato, onion garlic which has been peeled clean then fry for a while until it is slightly wilted, squeeze all the spices (rather rough)
