Timlo Solo Inggedient

For 6-8 servings
For broth and chicken:

  • 1/2 medium-sized chicken (I use 2 chests, 2 wings and claws)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of whole garlic, no need to peel
  • 2 scallions, bunch
  • 1-2 slices of ginger, spread
  • 2-3 tsp chicken stock or powder mushrooms
  • 1 grain of nutmeg, split in half
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Ground spices:

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 4 candlenut
  • For solo sausage skin:
  • 100 grams of multipurpose flour
  • 200 mL of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 extra egg, shake it off with a little salt for glue when rolling and smear the solo sausage before frying

Supplementary material:

  • 6 ampelae, boiled until tender in salt water and fried
  • Soon, soak and boil briefly
  • Boiled Sambal

Optional:

  • carrot and black ear mushroom
  • Fried onions
  • Shredded Eggs (recipe I've shared)
  • Soy sauce
  • Crackers or potato chips

Cooking Step of Timlo Solo

  • Make a broth by boiling chicken with whole garlic, onions, spring onions and salt. Boil until tender. Drain meat.
  • - Saute smooth spices with a little oil or margarine until fragrant. Pour the broth. Enter nutmeg and ginger. Boil briefly for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and powder stock. Turn off the fire.
  • - For solo sausage skin: mix the mixture evenly. Fry one by one on Teflon. It's like making skin risoles. Roll and glue with eggs.
  • I got 10 solo sausage skins. Prepare the pan and heat the oil, coat it with eggs and then fry the roll of solo sausage skin until golden brown. Drain.
  • - In the same skillet, fry the chicken and the boiled ati. Drain and shred chicken. May not be fried if you want to be healthier but in my opinion it is delicious fried.
  • - Prepare supplementary materials. Boil soon, optional carrots and mushrooms. Make sambal and pindang eggs.
  • To serve, in the bowl enter soon, solo sausages, pindang eggs, gizzard and optional carrots and mushrooms. Pour hot sauce and sprinkle fried onions.
  • - Serve while hot with white rice, chili sauce, sweet soy sauce and crackers.
