Recipe: Sweet Corn and Carrot Sauteed - Oriental Foods
As a corn lover. It feels incomplete if I eat sweet corn which is just boiled, hehe ... so at this time I tried cooking sauteed carrot corn which is certainly delicious and nutritious. Good luck ^^
Ingredients for Cooking Sweet Corn Sauteed
- 3 corn stalks
- 1 small carrot
- Slice seasoning:
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Cooking oil
- Complementary seasonings:
- Salt
- Sugar
- Rada flavoring
- A little pepper

Steps to cook sweet corn Sauteed
- Separate the corn from the stalk using a knife. Carrots are cut / sliced into matches
- Slice the onions and stir-fry using 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- After fragrant, add corn and carrots. Then add 150 ml of water
- Add flavorings to taste, a pinch of granulated sugar, a little pepper.
- Stir and wait for the water to recede and the corn ripens (the color becomes more or less)
Sauteed sweet corn is ready to be eaten with warm rice
