Recipe: Super Soft Potato Donuts - Oriental Foods
On this occasion the admin provided a little time to make a potato-based Donut cake which is definitely delicious, the potatoes taste and feel soft in the tongue.
Super Soft Potato Donuts
- 500 gr cakra flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 6 gr or 1/2 sachet fermipan
- 330-350 gr potatoes (weight before boiling / steaming)
- 50 grams of good quality milk powder
- 2 large size eggs shake off
- 75 gr margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt (me, skip)

Steps to make Super Soft Potato Donuts
- TRebus / Steamed potatoes, puree with a blender, add enough water during the smoothing process. Chill, set aside
- Pour flour into a basin, milk powder, sugar and yeast mix well. Insert the eggs, mix well, then steamed potatoes, knead until smooth
- After Kalis, add margarine and salt, knead until the elastic is elastic. I'm not elastic. Then round to the center cover with a damp napkin. Let stand 40 minutes. Make it daytime and hot, 30 minutes already expanded 2x. Squeeze the mixture, knead briefly, proofing again 15 minutes.
- Shape of dough according to taste. Me @ 60gr. It turns round plump. Let stand 10 minutes then fry in order
