Cheese Chiffon

This is the first time I am wearing a chiffon, hmmm ... thanks to Aunt Rani ... her favorite aunt ... " Thank you ... this is soooo ... always a best seller selling my baskets ... hehe ... 😗. I hope Allah will repay you with kindness, yeah ... Aamiiin.

Ingredients
16 pieces
material a:

  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • Cheese (kraft) 50 grams of finely shredded
  • 80 gram mineral water (weighed)
  • Cooking Oil 80 grams (weighed)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 grams of Ninja Flour from Sriboga
  • 100 gram diced kraft cheese

Cheese Chiffon
Material B:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 100 grams of caster sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Cott / lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena


How to make :

  • Set aside
  • Then the Ingredient B mixer puts in sugar little by little


Step

  1. Mix A ingredients starting with eggs, water, oil and cheese later
  2. Add ninja flour from Sriboga and a pinch of salt
  3. Set aside
  4. Then mixer Material B enters sugar little by little and after soft peak give cornstarch Mix ingredients B to ingredient A using a wisk then add kraft cheese (diced with a little flour to prevent it from sinking in the oven)
  5. Oven for about 50 minutes or until cooked usually the top looks brownish. Finish remove from the oven and immediately turn it over. Take it out if it's cold huh.
