Cheese Chiffon

material a:
- 4 Egg Yolks
- Cheese (kraft) 50 grams of finely shredded
- 80 gram mineral water (weighed)
- Cooking Oil 80 grams (weighed)
- A pinch of salt
- 100 grams of Ninja Flour from Sriboga
- 100 gram diced kraft cheese
Material B:
- 6 egg whites
- 100 grams of caster sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cott / lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Maizena
How to make :
- Set aside
- Then the Ingredient B mixer puts in sugar little by little
Step
- Mix A ingredients starting with eggs, water, oil and cheese later
- Add ninja flour from Sriboga and a pinch of salt
- Set aside
- Then mixer Material B enters sugar little by little and after soft peak give cornstarch Mix ingredients B to ingredient A using a wisk then add kraft cheese (diced with a little flour to prevent it from sinking in the oven)
