Recipe: Egg Sambal (simple home cooking) - Oriental Foods
Ingredients- 8 eggs, boiled, peeled skin, fried
- 10 pieces of red chili
- 5 pieces of red cayenne bird
- 8 onion cloves
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp peres of sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Cooking steps for Sambal egg (simple home cooking)
- Blend the chillies, onions and tomatoes.
- Heat the oil, add a fine spice, cook until fragrant.
- Add salt, cook until the aroma is sharper.
- Reduce the heat, remove sugar. Cook until the chili oil comes out.
- Arrange eggs on a plate. Flush with chili sauce.
