Recipe: Spicy Sweet Squid - Oriental Foods
Husband is very fond of seafood, and this is the result of my work in the kitchen, the creation of the creations is not the same as the restaurant out there ... ... every time the husband is convinced this is sure to focus right away so the lahab alias really .. Alhamdulillah
Cooking Materials for Spicy Sweet Squid
- 3 Portions
- 12 squid
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 lime
- 2 Garlic
- 3 pieces of red onion
- 3 red chilies
- 5 demon cayenne
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp flavoring
- 1/2 pieces of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 8 tablespoons of chilli sauce
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 50 ml of water

Steps to Cook Sweet Spicy Squid
- Clean the squid from the ink bag, cut into pieces like a ring
- Execute seasonings ... All spices are sliced thin (garlic, onion, chili)
- Add cooking oil to saute
- After hot oil, stir-fry the spices until fragrant, don't forget to add the tomatoes too
- After fragrant, give a little water so the seasoning is not burnt
- Put the squid and stir-fry
- Give the lime juice (for sour taste and remove fishy smell)
- Add salt, flavorings, meeica powder, sweet soy sauce and chilli sauce
- Cook until the water shrinks and the sauce thickens
- After the sauce has begun to shrink, the spicy sweet sour squid is ready to be served to break the fast
