Homemade Mozzarella Cheese - Oriental Foods
In the freezer there are still 250 grams of whole mozzarella stock, buy last week. But still curious to be able to make Homemade Mozzarela which costs relatively much cheaper. Material A:
- 5 tablespoons of liquid milk (can be replaced with water)
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour / 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Material B:
- 170-180 grams of cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 300 ml of liquid milk / UHT
- 80 grams (2 sachets) of white sweetened condensed milk
- 15 grams (1 sachet) of nutrijel plain
- 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt

Step
- Prepare and weigh ingredients according to the recipe.
- Mix ingredients A until evenly distributed, set aside.
- Mix ingredients B to even. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly so that the mixture does not roll until it boils.
- Add ingredient A, stirring again until it is flat and bursting. Turn off the fire.
- Pour into a prepared container, let it cool.
- Enter into the refrigerator, let it harden / freeze.
- Remove from the container, cut into pieces as needed and put into plastic. Store it back in the freezer.
- This is the result, Homemade Mozzarella Cheese ... So 500 grams, wow ... Not bad?
