Ingredients for cooking Potato Chicken Stews
- 250 grams of chicken, (3-4 pieces), wash thoroughly, coat lime juice,

- 1 bay leaf

Steps for cooking Potato Chicken Stews
- Saute the spices until smooth, add ginger, galangal bay leaves, and chicken (because the chicken is not fried first), mix well until the chicken changes color.
- Add water, salt, sugar, and soy sauce, mix well, test the taste, add potatoes, cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce shrinks.
