I really like the vanilla muffin version. Soft, yummy, practically the mixer no. Just stirs dry + wet ingredients to 1, so :) I've tried a few vanilla muffin recipes but not fruit muffins. because fruit muffins must be more moist because the fruit contains high water content, essentially this is my favorite vanilla muffin recipe.

This recipe is recognized including Best Ever Vanilla muffin recipe with hundreds of positive reviews ... from Little Sweet Baker with the title 'Bakery Style Muffins'. Moist, smooth crumbs.

As we all know, muffins are a quick bread category, really practical for breakfast / for impromptu lunch :) recipe for the recipe with my modification, so it is more tender + moist again

This time I first tried to make a muffin without cup, pour it in a muffin tray, try the kebit kebab and finally it was burnt, it turned out to be faster without cup.
Is it true that the basic dark baking pan makes the cake fast black: D

Ingredients Best Vanilla Chocochips Muffin Ever with Buttermilk

8 servings

Material A:

  • 280 gr Key Flour
  • 1 instant Dancow sachet (27gr)
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder (make sure it is active)
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda / Cake Soda
  • 250 gr Chocochips
  • 1/2 tsp. Fine salt


Material B:

  • 250 cc Liquid milk white + 3sdm lime juice (stir let stand 10 minutes)
  • 60 gr Cooking Oil
  • 60 grams of melted Butter
  • 180 gr Sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence or 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder

35 minutes

  • Mix all ingredients in a container, mix all ingredients B in another container as well.
  • Add the ingredient B to the ingredient, stir using enough Whisk, do not overdo it, then the muffin is hard
  • Pour in a muffin cup, bake 180-190 degrees for 25 minutes, adjust the oven yourself, do a puncture test, do not overbaked, I was burnt. Enjoyyyyyyy mommiesssss

  • hmmm ... cuco is the same as this recipe :) for basic vanilla muffins the top top is perfect for me (again don't compare it to the basic muffins of fruits)
