Recipe: Peanut Choco Thumbprint Cookies are crispy
This is one of my favorite cookies. I often make this with a lot of variety, sprinkling + filling.
Make it really easy, just have to diligently just mix the dough + fill filling ... but worth the pleasure + beautiful cookies, trust me

Note: if the rolling process is fast, the oil comes out of the dough, then it will crack.

The ingredients of Peanut Choco Thumbprint Cookies are crispy
- 200 grams of chopped cashews, roasted
- 100 gr Butter (I use Wijsman)
- 50 gr Margarine
- 120 gr Refined Sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 225 gr Key Flour
- 20 gr Milk Powder
- 20 gr Maizena
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Filling: Chocolate filling (I use the Puratos brand)

Steps to make Peanut Choco Thumbprint Cookies crispy
- Beat the butter of the sugar margarine until it is pale, add the egg yolks, shake well
- Add flour, cornstarch, powdered milk + BP, mix well ... (put the fridge on for a while if it feels too soft :))
- Round the mixture, dip the egg white, roll it to the roasted cashew nut
- Place it on a baking sheet, press the center with the thumb, yeah
- If I'm free to use which finger ... just thumb all. Hahaha ..
- Fill the middle with choco filling using pipingbag (I bought filling in tokoasal, get the Puratos brand)
- The oven is 160 degrees 40 minutes until it turns out right ... the temperature of the oven is different, adjust accordingly;)
- Wait for the steam to drain, immediately enter the airtight jar so it won't stick + long lasting:
- Crunchy, really savory
