  • 250 grams of triangular flour
  • 250 grams of starch
  • Sufficient slices

  • 1 pack of Royco Ayam

  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of water
  • Ground spices :
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Steps to make the Onion Stick Crispy



  • Wash celery and chives, finely sliced
  • Blend the garlic and salt
  • Mix flour and starch ... add sliced slices, leeks, royco and finely seasoned. Stir well
  • Heat margarine to melt. Pour into flour mixture. Knead until smooth
  • Add eggs, knead again
  • Add water. Knead until smooth
  • Rinse with pasta maker until smooth and desired thinness. Slice into sticks
