Recipe: Potatoes Cheese - Oriental Foods
From yesterday I saw "Potatoes Cheese" scattered on social media, both Instagram, Facebook and as a mother who has a high curious spirit, be last night I made it, put it in the refrigerator for this morning fried for my troop snacks ..
I made it using Italian mix herbs which I think is really sloppy (if you don't have it you can replace it with a slice of celery leaves)
It feels more special, an abundant cheese mixture, makes the cheesy and the kicking Italian herbs fragrant. Plus the crunchy texture outside the kempyus, aka kopong, makes nagihhhh to continue to stir and cocol di sauce. Yummmy

Potatoes Cheese ingredients
- 500 grams of potatoes, steamed puree
- 100 gr grated cheese
- 130 gr cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Powder broth

Step to make Potatoes Cheese
- Mix all ingredients together, stir well, knead until all ingredients blend together perfectly.
- Take a little dough, then dry it using a rolling pin and cut it in the same length.
- Heat the oil, then fry the potatoes on low heat until they change color and cook. Lift then drain.
- Serve it
- Enjoy with your favorite sauce ... yummmy
