Recipe: Mini Rainbow Roll Cake - Oriental Foods
This cake has become my mainstay for almost 1 year. This cake is truly a family favorite snack. until I make this mini rainbow roll cake, kids like to fight.
Mini rainbow roll cake ingredients
For 35 servings- 8 eggs
- 270 grams of sugar
- 10 grams ovalet or sp
- a pinch of vanilla powder
- 270 grams of medium protein flour
- 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk
- 200 ml of cooking oil
- rainbow coloring

Step Make a mini rainbow roll cake
- Mixer of sugar, eggs, emulsion, vanilla powder to soft peak (approximately 10 minutes) at high speed
- Add flour little by little with a low speed mixer until well blended
- Add milk and cooking oil, stirring back using a spatula until completely flat
- Divide the mixture into 6 parts, and give the dye
- Prepare a 20x20 baking sheet 7 cm high with baking paper. Do not rub anything
- Steam the purple batter for 10 minutes in steaming steam. The fire tends to be small
- After 10 minutes, open the steaming gently, if it is cooked, just add the blue mixture, flatten it, push the baking dish slowly so that it won't bubble. Then steam again for 10 minutes. Do this until the whole mixture is in.
- After entering the last mixture, steam for 20 minutes
- After being cooked immediately remove from steaming
- Cake appearance after exiting the baking sheet
- Slice thin while the cake is still warm
- Roll with filling, buttercream or jam according to taste
- After diplastic 1/1, to be more beautiful
