Molen Banana mini ingredients


  • Plantain
  • 15 HR flour
  • 1 HR of cornstarch
  • 3 margarine HR
  • 3 sugar HR
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Step to make Molen mini banana crispy


  • Mix all ingredients except ice water
  • If you mix well add ice water little by little, just until you finish it
  • Grind the mixture not too thin and not too thick, cut it
  • Cut small small bananas
  • Round the dough to the banana, try to make the cut a little wide so that the banana is completely closed
  • Fry in hot oil and low heat until browned
  • Lift and serve
