Recipe: Molen mini banana crispy - Oriental Foods
This is the only one that was photographed, which looks good, it's been brought home-in-law, hehe, but really it's crunchy and really good
Make it 4 o'clock in the afternoon, until tomorrow morning if there is a rest, it must remain crispy
Molen Banana mini ingredients
- Plantain
- 15 HR flour
- 1 HR of cornstarch
- 3 margarine HR
- 3 sugar HR
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Ice water

Step to make Molen mini banana crispy
- Mix all ingredients except ice water
- If you mix well add ice water little by little, just until you finish it
- Grind the mixture not too thin and not too thick, cut it
- Cut small small bananas
- Round the dough to the banana, try to make the cut a little wide so that the banana is completely closed
- Fry in hot oil and low heat until browned
- Lift and serve
