Recipe: Choco lava steam cake - Oriental Foods
Very late, just uploaded the recipe, because it's busy everywhere. This cake is easy to make it difficult, when you make it, what do you want to do, because you are afraid of failure.But thank God, it works, yeayyy ... This is my print using putu ayu prints, it continues to be 4 cups, so yesterday I made it first try 1 cup first with a 6 minute steaming it worked, then steamed all three, then 5 minutes and succeed too. My toddler is really fond of eating this, what is the right thing for angels.

Choco lava steam cake ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 sachet of SKM / KKM chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon choco chips (60 gr dcc)
- A pinch of salt
- Sufficient fine sugar for sprinkles

Steps to make Choco lava steam cake
- Heat steaming, don't forget to cover it with a clean cloth, so the water doesn't drip, wait until it has a lot of steam
- Melt the butter with dcc (taro in steaming)
- Add eggs and sugar in a container, shake using a whisk balloon until the sugar dissolves, then add flour, SKM / KKM and salt, then mix well
- Add the melted butter and dcc, mix well
- Pour the mixture into a mold that has been smeared with thin oil
- Steam with a duration of 5-7 minutes (5-6 minutes), don't over over cook, but the cake is broken, the pie must be on the timer
- Ready to eat ... sprinkle refined sugar
