The recipe is exactly the same as ordinary pukis that I have posted the recipe, only this pandan version I add pandan suji juice extract & fragrant pandanus which I blender with a little water.See Also:

Ingredients Pandan pukis
- 250 grams of versatile flour (blue triangle)
- 380 ml of cooked thick coconut milk (from 1/2 coconut)
- 20 ml of Pandan Suji sediment + fragrant pandanus (from 15 suji leaves & 4 pieces of fragrant pandan leaves blended with 60 ml of water, squeeze overnight)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 150 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of butter / margarine (melt then cool)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Topping:
- according to taste Cheese, raisins, meises

Cooking steps for pandanus cake
- Beat eggs, sugar & salt until white expands.
- Enter the flour that has been mixed with yeast, alternating with coconut milk in 3 stages, mix with low speed until evenly, add pandan sludge, mixer as long as it is flat, turn off the mixer.
- Add liquid butter, stir well with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a clean napkin, rest the mixture 30-40 minutes.
- Heat the pukis with low heat, spread thin margarine.
- Pour the mixture 3/4 part of the mold, when the air bubbles come out on the surface of the pukis, immediately topple the slices of cheese / raisin / chocolate / banana, cover the mold, cook over low heat until cooked, remove and serve.
