Recipe: Purple Sweet Potato Cake Talam - Oriental Foods
Alhamdulillah, finally the achievement was also made to make a sweet potato. Thanks to the @Wiena tan recipe it finally worked (I wrote it according to the original). Thank you, Ms. Wien.
The ingredients of Purple Sweet Potato Cake Talam
Material A- 200 grams of purple sweet potatoes, steamed and pureed
- 70 gr rice flour
- 30 grams of rice flour
- 90 grams of sugar
- 175 ml of coconut milk (can be coconut milk + water)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Material B
- 30 grams of rice flour
- 15 grams of sago flour
- 175 ml of coconut milk (coconut milk + water)
- 1/2 tsp salt

Steps to make Purple Sweet Potato Cake Talam
- Mix all ingredients A stir well then strain so that the dough is smooth without yams.
- Pour the mixture into 3/4 of the mold and steam for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
- While waiting for the first batch to be cooked, mix all ingredients and mix well, then filter it so that no one is grinding.
- After 10 minutes, open the steamer pour the B mixture into each mold until it is full, then steam again for 10 minutes.
- Lift then let it cool then remove it from the mold.
