Recipe: Pastry Cake Fruit - Oriental Foods
Yesterday, it was posted that the Pastry Fruit cake had been viral in 2011. In 2011, I didn't know the cake and cook it, but I slept when it was lazy to cook: D It was only after 7 years that the cake was viral again, every time Instagram had to appear.
I've made it twice for this cake, but the first one is wrong to use fruit flour which is sinking topping. Earlier I made it again thank God there was no drama about the wrong flour anymore.

Pastry Cake Fruit Ingredients
- 100 grams of unsalted / unsalted butter
- 160 grams of sugar caster
- 50 grams of plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla (I use 1/2 tsp vanilli powder)
- 1 lemon, grated skin
- 210 grams of wheat flour (I'm 200 versatile flour + 1 tablespoon milk powder)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Sufficient fruit (I use strawberry, blueberry, peach, and orange) mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar

Steps to Make Pastry Fruit
- Mix flour powder vanilla powder and baking powder, sifter. Set aside. mix all the fruits with sugar, mix well.
- Mixer of unsalted butter, yogurt, and sugar until white and fluffy, noble eggs one by one, mixer until flattened (give pause between one egg to another). Add orange peel, mixer again until smooth
- Put the stirring back. Pour into a 20cm baking sheet that has marinated margarine and baking paper. (I use a 20 cm round baking sheet)
- Sprinkle fruits on the mixture. Oven for 45-1 hours with a temperature of 170 (my oven for 45 minutes lit the fire down and 5 minutes lit the fire over). Adjust the oven respectively because the oven is different in temperature
- Lift, chill and cut into pieces. Sweet, delicious
