Purple yam Candil Porridge ingredients
- 1 bowl
- 2 steamed purple sweet potatoes, puree
- 3 tablespoons of tapioca flour
- Coconut sauce
- 1/2 karaoke bks + 200 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Pandan leaves
- 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour

Steps to make purple sweet potato Candil Porridge
- Mix the purple sweet potatoes that have been refined with tapioca flour, round the shape until all the dough is finished, boil until the mark is ripe.
- Coconut sauce: mix coconut milk, tapioca flour, salt, boiled pandan leaves until they explode, lift
- Serve Candil purple sweet potatoes in a flush bowl with coconut milk sauce.
