Rolade usually contains chopped meat but try to make it from tempeh. It turns out that tempeh can be made rolade too. Delicious

  • 1 board (kurleb 300 grams) tempe
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of versatile flour (medium protein)

  • Optional: green or red cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Optional: powdered chicken broth

Steps to make Rolade Tempeh


  • Steam the tempeh and puree with garlic and chili.
  • Mix tempeh with flour, 1 egg and season with salt, pepper, sugar and powdered chicken broth. Set aside.
  • shake 3 eggs and thin omelet. Set aside.
  • Fill eggs with tempeh and roll as we make a rolade. Make glue from a little flour melted with water to close the edges. Steam for 20 minutes.
  • For more crispy results, cut into pieces and then fry.
