Recipe: Rolade Tempeh - Oriental Foods
Rolade usually contains chopped meat but try to make it from tempeh. It turns out that tempeh can be made rolade too. Delicious
Rolade Tempeh ingredients
5-6 rolls- 1 board (kurleb 300 grams) tempe
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of versatile flour (medium protein)
- 3 garlic cloves
- Optional: green or red cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Optional: powdered chicken broth

Steps to make Rolade Tempeh
- Steam the tempeh and puree with garlic and chili.
- Mix tempeh with flour, 1 egg and season with salt, pepper, sugar and powdered chicken broth. Set aside.
- shake 3 eggs and thin omelet. Set aside.
- Fill eggs with tempeh and roll as we make a rolade. Make glue from a little flour melted with water to close the edges. Steam for 20 minutes.
- For more crispy results, cut into pieces and then fry.
