Hi Mother Good afternoon in the heat, how come it's delicious to eat Ice Cream and to cool your thirst this afternoon I plan to make ice cream for family snacks.Homemade Soft Ice Cream ingredients
- 3 Sweet White Condensed Milk Sachets
- 600 ml of boiled water
- 5 Sdm White sugar
- 3 Sdm Maizena flour
- 1 Sdt SP
- Food Colorings / Taste

Steps to make home-made soft ice cream
- Prepare the pan, add cornstarch, sugar, Sweetened condensed milk and water to mix well.
- Cook the ingredients on low heat, while continuing to stir - stir until they explode - let out and turn off the stove.
- Pour the finished mixture into a closed container and store it in the freezer for 10-12 hours
- Take the dough that has been stored in the freezer, add the SP that has been on the team and shake using a mixer with high speed approximately 10-13 minutes until the dough expands
- Divide the mixture into parts and give coloring / flavor to taste.
- Put it in the cup or container and store it back in the freezer, wait until it freezes.

- Notes: How to receive SP, put SP into a small bowl, and store it in the magicom until it melts, remove it and wait until it freezes again and after that it can be used
