Step to make Klepon sticky


  • Mix sticky rice flour, rice flour and salt, add water of pandan leaf juice (pandan leaves blended with water, then strain), or can be replaced with water plus pandan paste, the water is estimated, until the mixture can be collected

  • Round
  • Boil the balls in boiling water, until the balls float the mark is done
