Steamed pandanus Brownis ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 9 tablespoons of blue key flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of pandan paste
- 4 tablespoons of sugar (according to taste)
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 100 gr white chocolate
- 1 tsp sp / ovalet / tbm

Step to make pandan steamed Brownis (spoon size)
- Melt white chocolate, after melting add sweetened condensed milk, vegetable oil & pandan paste. Set aside
- Prepare a baking sheet, spread with thin powdered margarine or can it with bread paper, spread margarine again. Set aside
- Heat steam
- Mixer of eggs, sugar, & sp until thick with high speed, then reduce the speed of adding flour gradually until smooth.
