This is the complementary sambal of Ayam Bakar that I made earlier, without this sauce it seems there is something like that ... let's make sambal, while the chili is cheap and satisfied.Grilled Chicken Sambal Ingredient
For 4 servings- 6 red onion cloves
- 13 red cayenne fruit
- 7 large red chillies
- 2 tomatoes
- sufficiently cooked / grilled shrimp paste
- enough salt
- enough sugar
- to taste, brown sugar is finely combed
- enough cooking oil to saute

Steps to Cooking and Making Grilled Chicken Sambal
Cooking time 15 minutes- Wash the shallots, cayenne pepper, large red chili and tomatoes in running water, drain
