Recipes and How to Make Steamed Tiramisu Cakes - Oriental Foods

This is the first Tiramisu Cake 3 months ago using a 18 × 18 × 7 square baking sheet. Because first I was not satisfied with how it looks now, try again with the same baking sheet with the recipe round diameter 18 × 7 and the results are satisfying and the family likes it.

Steamed Tiramisu Cake ingredients


Ingredient A:

  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp SP / ovalet

Ingredient B:

  • 200 grams of triangular flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Ingredient C:

  • 100 ml of coconut milk
  • 100 ml of oil (sy tropical)

Ingredient D:

  • 1 instant coffe sachet (sy cofemix)
  • 2.5 tbsp chocolate powder

Steps to Make Steamed Tiramisu Cake


  1. Prepare steam. Cover the lid with a napkin. Brush the pan (round size 18x7) with oil / margarine (if it's covered with baking paper)
  2. Beat with a mixer A material until it is white. With max speed
  3. Lower it to the lowest speed, add B material until it is evenly mixed. Turn off the mixer.
  4. Add ingredients C. Stir again with the spatula. Alternate coconut milk and oil.
  5. Divide the dough into 3. Bowl the first mixture add instant coffee. Bowl to add chocolate powder. And finally leave it white without patch.
  6. If it's been steamy a lot. Shrink the stove. Add the chocolate mixture. Steamed slma 10 minutes. Then add the coffee mixture. Steamed back in 10 minutes. Finally, the white mixture is steamed for 20 minutes.
  7. Lift it out of the steamer.
  8. Wait for a bit of cold to take it out of the pan.
  9. Soft and delicious cake.
