Recipes and How to Make Steamed Tiramisu Cakes - Oriental Foods
This is the first Tiramisu Cake 3 months ago using a 18 × 18 × 7 square baking sheet. Because first I was not satisfied with how it looks now, try again with the same baking sheet with the recipe round diameter 18 × 7 and the results are satisfying and the family likes it.Steamed Tiramisu Cake ingredients
Ingredient A:
- 200 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp SP / ovalet
Ingredient B:
- 200 grams of triangular flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Ingredient C:
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 100 ml of oil (sy tropical)
Ingredient D:
- 1 instant coffe sachet (sy cofemix)
- 2.5 tbsp chocolate powder
Steps to Make Steamed Tiramisu Cake
- Prepare steam. Cover the lid with a napkin. Brush the pan (round size 18x7) with oil / margarine (if it's covered with baking paper)
- Beat with a mixer A material until it is white. With max speed
- Lower it to the lowest speed, add B material until it is evenly mixed. Turn off the mixer.
- Add ingredients C. Stir again with the spatula. Alternate coconut milk and oil.
- Divide the dough into 3. Bowl the first mixture add instant coffee. Bowl to add chocolate powder. And finally leave it white without patch.
- If it's been steamy a lot. Shrink the stove. Add the chocolate mixture. Steamed slma 10 minutes. Then add the coffee mixture. Steamed back in 10 minutes. Finally, the white mixture is steamed for 20 minutes.
- Lift it out of the steamer.
- Wait for a bit of cold to take it out of the pan.
- Soft and delicious cake.
