Ingredients for making brown sugar pudding
- 500 ml of coconut milk
- 300 ml of brown sugar water
- 1ks for plain order
- A pinch of salt

Steps to Make Brown Sugar Pudding
Mix all ingredients in the pan. Turn on the heat while stirring constantly while cooking so that the coconut milk doesn't break. Turn off the heat when it's boiling.Pour in the mold that has been moistened with boiled water. Cool it down.
TIPS:
1. In order for the pudding to not be as good as the coconut milk when it is hard, the pudding is stirred every 5 minutes. Well ... the batter has started to cool down, usually the coconut milk is gone.
2. 3 pieces of brown sugar cooked with 300 ml of water and then filtering out the waste can be removed.
3. Try to use coconut milk from coconut milk which is not instant so it tastes really good.
